- AWAlpha WParkFeb 18, 20265.0This place is truly incredible. My mom was in personal care, memory care and then skilled nursing at the end. Everyone who worked there was kind and caring. My mom absolutely loved the folks, especially in memory care, and it was so reassuring to know that if she ran out of money, she would still have a place to live where people would care for her. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We tried four different places and they weren’t even in the same league. It’s so good, that if I ever needed it, I would consider moving to Pennsylvania just so I could spend my end of life there as well.

He was in Friendship Circle. I signed off on his belongings, but when I got them home, there were so many things missing. Not sure who to complain to. My Dad had even commented that things were very loose there and that things came and went from his room. Not sure who to complain to as this just happened within the past month. Would like my Dads belongings returned!

She's a dementia patient, requiring lots of extra attention. She keeps an odd schedule, but the staff is flexible with mealtimes and bedtimes to fit her needs. They communicate issues to us immediately and keep us updated. It is very clean and the staff is attentive and caring. They pay attention, identify issues, propose and implement good solutions.

They also did a great job accommodating our family for visiting with her during those weeks. My mom said that she didn't want to be a burden to anyone, especially her family, which is why we moved her there from her sister's house in nearby East Berlin. When she was there in her first hours, she said, "Oh, I'm home now." Between my mom's comfort there, and the wonderful staff, Chapel Pointe was the best I could have asked for. Thank you so much!
