They do not care about the individuals well being and safety and even go as far as to covering up behind themselves when they make mistakes as big as med errors, abuse and investigations. It saddens my heart that I’ve had to witness the lack of empathy from people working here who’s been here for years so I can only imagine what other horrific things they have gotten away with. Don’t even bother going up the chain of command because they do not care about what complaints and concerns you have regarding the care of the individuals. I wouldn’t send my dog to this facility.
