  I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and professionalism provided by this funeral home. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, the staff offered compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. They guided us through every step with clarity and respect, making sure we never felt overwhelmed or alone. The facility was peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating a comforting environment for family and friends to gather and honor our loved one. Every detail—big and small—was handled with thoughtfulness, from the preparation of the service to the support offered afterward. What truly stood out was how personal everything felt. They listened, they cared, and they honored our wishes exactly as we hoped. Their dedication made a very emotional time just a little easier, and for that, we are deeply grateful. Erin, Anthony and Matthew are all wonderful! I highly recommend this funeral home to anyone seeking compassionate, professional, and respectful service during a time of loss.

  Following the unexpected death of my mother, and being new to the area, I was forced to find a funeral home in a matter of hours. I asked friends for recommendations and I heard the name Heintzelman-Stephens over and over. So glad I listened!. From the first phone call with them, all the way through to my last goodbye with my mom, I was completely impressed with the staff and their professionalism. Rodney Koch, the supervisor, was our first point of contact. He went above and beyond for our family. His dedication to his profession is evident and I’m so thankful for the respect he showed for my mom. I cannot recommend them enough!

  If you are in the Allentown area, please consider using Stephens Funeral Home! Having buried multiple family members, this has been one of the most memorable and stress-less services to plan and hold. From Sammy the amazing therapy dog who we asked for by request, to providing the atrium room for light refreshments for out of town travelers, to the smoothless tech services of Anthony on Zoom & the mic, allowing us to arrive early to setup, all the water bottles & tissues, to the A-mazing slide show with cool transitions effects, ... I could go on. And what about all the parking space! Thank you, thank you for a wonderful & commemorative experience!

  When my daughter passes 15 years ago the Stephens family did a great job with all the preparations. The staff was very nice and helpful. They also send us a memory tree to plant on my daughter's memory, a sympathy card with a ornament for our Christmas 🎄 with my daughter name on it.
