We recently moved my father in law into Regency Village at Redmond. Randy was extremely helpful and very responsive relative to scheduling, touring and moving in. Luke, the General Director, was also super helpful and responsive. Phillis RN was a joy to work with, and worked with us and my FIL's doctor to ensure we got the appropriate prescription orders in timely. Frank was on call for anything we needed relative to maintenance in the room, moving call buttons, dealing with cable, etc. I went through every countertop, cupboard and shelf in the room with Clorox wipes. This was not necessary as the place was immaculate. There is wonderful natural light in the rooms and common areas, and a spacious deck with beautiful views on the second floor. The rooms and bathroom are set up perfectly for one with mobility issues. Ruben, the chef, is a great cook and absolutely delightful. The food is far better than we expected, and the options numerous. My husband and I ate a number of meals with our dad; Ruben could not have been more accommodating. My husband and I essentially lived at Regency for 3 and 1/2 days. The staff were so personable and caring. Many people who work at Regency have family members as residents, and you get the feeling that they are vested more than just for their jobs. It is a daunting process moving a loved one out of his home. We looked at a number of assisted living facilities and Regency Village far outweighed them in all categories. After spending so much time there, we are thrilled with our decision.
