  Jean was our funeral director. She was very patient and compassionate with our situation. She handled some drama with poise and professionalism. Thank you Jean! The facility is beautiful and everything was explained with thoughtfulness of the situation in mind. Cost seem reasonable and they are helpful in many ways. Would recommend to anyone in time of need and looking for guidance in helping a loved one move to the other side

  I have to give major major major shoutouts to my girl Jean! Our family is beyond nutso and she dealt with us like a pro. Kept up with us step for step and somehow didn’t kick us to the curb hahaha! She’s a family friend for life now, which I’m sorry for by the way! :D Seriously cannot thank her enough. I’ve dealt with funeral homes before and though I haven’t had a bad experience per say none of them had the hilarity (in a good way!!!) and kindness I experienced here. We went into this expecting to leave crying, but ended up leaving laughing instead. Kudos! Thank you Jean and everyone at Rose City for being a bright spot in a dark time!
