We love it here! JJ and Maddie have always addressed our concerns and more importantly kept an open communication line with us. The staff has always been helpful and kind to us. Most of all, our kids love it there. My sons always love seeing Ms Kirra because she gives them the sweetest hugs, teacher Mandy is always talked about at home. Our son loves her so much. Great staff, great place all around!

“Kozy Kids has been an incredible educational environment for my son over the past two years. During his time there, he has learned so much and has grown in many positive ways. The staff is truly wonderful, caring, and dedicated to the children.
One of the biggest signs of how much he enjoys attending is that he wakes up every day excited and eager to go to school. That speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere they create.
I would especially like to recognize Kira, one of his teachers, who has been absolutely amazing with my son. Her positive attitude, caring personality, and genuine connection with the children have made a lasting impact on our family. She is one of the reasons we felt so comfortable keeping our son at Kozy Kids. We will truly miss her when our son ages out this year.
I highly recommend Kozy Kids to any parents looking for a nurturing, educational, and supportive place for their children.”
Kozy Kids Enrichment Center is truly a wonderful place for children and families. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. They create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn every day. The sense of community is amazing—parents feel included, heard, and valued, and it’s clear that everyone works together to create a positive experience. The teachers and staff go above and beyond to make sure every child is nurtured and encouraged. Kozy Kids is more than just a childcare center—it feels like a family, and we are so grateful to be part of such a loving and supportive community.

I moved into the adjoining apartment community (West Parc Apts.) next to this daycare back in 2016, and for several years it was a relatively quiet and pleasant place to live. A few years after I moved in, the vacant commercial space below was leased to the daycare center. For many years the daycare operated indoors, and while there was occasional noise, it was manageable.
Approximately two years ago, management approved the construction of an outdoor playground in the surface parking lot, positioned between two residential buildings. Unfortunately, residents were not consulted prior to this decision. Because of the configuration of the buildings, the space creates a strong echo effect that significantly amplifies sound. The result is sustained, high-volume screaming that carries directly into surrounding apartments.
As someone who works professionally from home, I am subjected to this noise Monday through Friday, typically at least twice per day for over an hour at a time. On many days, the intensity is overwhelming and disruptive to both work and daily living. This is not occasional background noise; it is prolonged, amplified shouting in a confined echo chamber.
In addition to the volume, there appears to be limited active supervision in the playground area. Frequent fighting, uncontrolled screaming, and chaotic behavior suggest a lack of structured oversight. Sometimes the adults participate and encourage the behavior. It is also concerning that the playground is located directly in a parking lot, exposing children to vehicle exhaust and roadway fumes.
I understand the importance of outdoor play for children. However, the placement and management of this playground demonstrate a lack of consideration for long-term residents who live and work here. The decision has materially changed the livability of the community.
Prospective renters at West Parc Apartments should be aware that if their apartment faces the parking lot, weekday daytime noise levels may be significantly higher than expected.

Horrible! I had told them specifically not to give meat to my daughter, and they gave her chicken. Also, I could not drop her a lunch either. My daughter felt horrible after eating their rice and going to the hospital. I do not recommend sending your children here.
