    If I had other options I would not have my kid in champions. The only good thing about my site is our new site director Keyontay ( parkrose district here in oregon) he is FABULOUS! However the regional director wendy is less than acceptable. She is rude and does not take responsibility or accountability. She does not answer her phone or respond to issues instead she dumps them back on the site directors. Their billing is ridiculous. I have had the worst experience with billing. They charged me for care I never received equalling almost $600 and then unenrolled my child during dispute the dispute took almost 5 weeks and then another almost month maybe more to get him re enrolled. I Hope that the champ camps are a better experience this summer.

    Champions at Russell has been a lifesaver for our family over the past year. The staff strictly adhired to every COVID safety rule while engaging our child with social interactions, crafts, and distance learning. I truly believe my son remained happy and healthy throughout the destabilizing pandemic because of them. They have been simply amazing.

    We were going to the Russell Champions through the summer until a couple weeks ago when Champions opened in our neighborhood school. While the kids are happy to be back in their own school, they talk about the teachers at the Russell location often. We were always impressed with the entire operation, but the teachers really stand out. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and patience during this very strange time!
