The two new girls are very young didn’t give their names, very unhelpful in regards to the paperwork. Didn’t answer my question or concerns about my upcoming day of care. The one with the lighter long hair, was not friendly to me or the children, seemed overwhelmed and like she had no clue what she was doing. I will be looking for an alternative. This company is taking advantage of us financially, with under trained and rude staff.
