-1 star If I could give it My kid has been in different country his entire life and recently came to the USA; he barely speaks English, and he was diagnosed with ADHD about a year ago. It has been greatly challenging for him to adjust, and yet he has been excellent in my opinion. However, the teacher, Jackie, the manager, Lanita, and the other manager were extremely unethical and disrespectful against my family. I, myself, will no longer have my kid attend any programs ( after/before school, spring break, or summer program) at Champions from now on. This program being the only one after school program at the school is very inconvenient for my family specially because we are just 3 of us here. Also I am very much concerned about the rest of the children that are attending right now. Instead of helping my kid to adjust, learn, and develop, the teacher made my child feel like a horrible person for making a mistake that any kid could make. Learning can be very hard for children, but for those who have a disability, it can be harder, and my understanding was that this program would help and support EVERY child. But apparently, the program only accepts easy kids. Again, I am very concerned about the behavior of the staff that I named above. My kid learned a new word on his first day (it was a curse word that no one from my family would ever say near kid). On the second day, his pants were ripped very bad and the teacher did NOT even keep him in a separate room. I felt broken when I heard that, and the explanation from the manager was just "We are understaffed". It took only a few minutes for my husband to pick him up, so they can't even have a few minutes? It just shows how much heart they put in to their work! They made our week extremely stressful and failed to give us an explanation and just choose an easy option to expell my kid. In this economy having a kid and having no job is impossible and yet this situation make one of us, the parents to leave our dream job. How is expelling a kid for nothing is okay? Expelling a kid for him being a kid? Is this program really is just for those kids who sit still and not talk at all? The pants getting ripped is a reason to expell? THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR KIDS, THIS PROGRAM IS TO MAKE MONEY USING KIDS!

Champions Childcare is a fantastic program that combines safety, learning, and fun for kids. The staff are professional, friendly, and truly care about the children. My child loves the variety of activities, from STEM projects to arts and crafts, and I appreciate the convenience of on-site care at the school. The program provides great structure while fostering creativity and social skills. Highly recommend it to any parent looking for reliable and engaging childcare!

My son really enjoys this program. The summer care was his favorite! He especially loved the days he could bring his bike with him. The location is great and the staff are kind.

This is a new daycare to replace Vermont Hills. They stated they would offer comparable rates to VHFLC and are triple the almost quadruple the cost for the same care. The two new girls are very young didn’t give their names, very unhelpful in regards to the paperwork. Didn’t answer my question or concerns about my upcoming day of care. The one with the lighter long hair, was not friendly to me or the children, seemed overwhelmed and like she had no clue what she was doing. I will be looking for an alternative. This company is taking advantage of us financially, with under trained and rude staff.
