    We had a terrible experience with Champions. I help care for a child who’s parent registered them for the program. The first day, I dropped the child off to the morning care and went to work. The next day, they refused to accept the child saying there was an overdue balance, which I had no knowledge of. It’s incredibly unprofessional to not give any warning because I needed to be at work in 30 minutes. They should have said “We will take them this morning, but after this morning, we can no longer accept them”. Then I could have let the parent know (it turned out they weren’t receiving any notifications). The way they chose to handle the situation was absolutely unacceptable. Putting people in that situation shows that they do not care about children or families. They only care about money.

    We love Champions! Very friendly staff and plenty of cool stuff to do. My daughter has been going for one year now and we will be back next year!
