  I know there are limited options for childcare in the area for before and after school which is why I originally had decided to try Champions. I will say, the program is separate from the school so this is not at all a reflection of Oak Creek. The Champions program is not something I would ever recommend - there were multiple mornings staff were late or not present at all with no notice or response when called. This was never addressed and unfortunately resulted in little to no faith in their reliability. The after school program is chaotic at best. There is not a lot of order what so ever but at least they show up. The worst part is the lack of responsibility in their admin, they don’t keep track of things properly which led to missing attendance reports which they then would overbill me for. I was left with hundreds of dollars owed for falsified hours that my kids were supposedly there. Part of the time they said one of my kids was not even enrolled but was still in attendance. I had to call corporate on multiple occasions to try to resolve this because the individual who was running the program had zero answers and very poor reasoning as to why these situations existed at all. They have a lot of turnover as well which adds to the dysfunction. In the end, it caused more problems than it solved and I unenrolled my kids. If you can find another option, would definitely recommend doing so.
