- KKKvAug 20, 20252.0Including the time we toured plus the two years our family members have been residents at this facility it has gone through four Executive Directors. If you include interim, it would be six. They have gone through three or more Assisted Living Directors also in that time frame. This does not include interim. Physical Therapists have come and gone and the facility is frequently with out. There is a shortage of Resident Assistants as well as a staff shortage. We often see a group of Resident Assistants sitting in the their office. It would appear that they are not working. During the past few months there has been a violation which included the death of a resident. The residents that are placed on a higher level of care are charged thousands of dollars while not receiving the care they are paying for. Phone calls to employees including the Executive director are never returned. If you ask to talk in person you are typically told that they are in another location. It has been months when visiting that we actually see either directors offices occupied. When reading through the reviews they are not as bad as I would expect. I can only assume people are hesitant to complain while having a loved one there.
