  If you or a loved one are thinking about moving into Regency, just know that it is warm and welcoming. Karen will swoop in with passion beyond words. She cares greatly and has many years of experience. She responds immediately and will guide you to the best decision for whatever your need may be. Our family is very grateful that we found Karen and Regency Village at Bend.

  We heard about Regency Village from the staff at St Charles, they recommended I speak with Karen and I am so thankful they connected us. My father needed to get into assisted living as soon as possible, Karen and the staff at Regency Village worked so hard to accommodate a quick move-in during an already busy time for them. Now that my father has been there for a few weeks he is very happy there, there is a great community of residents and staff. I highly recommend this facility as do many of the nurses and care staff that we crossed paths with on our journey to get my father the help he needed.

  Karen is an absolute angel of a human being. Has gone above and beyond for the wellbeing of my mother and as well as myself. Her genuine compassion for other humans is tremendous. The residents are so lucky to have her there. I also echo the other reviews about the director, he has been a steadfast source of behind the scenes work no doubt what makes this facility run so smoothly with all the beautiful souls on board of his ship and care. We are fairly new to Regency, but I have been blown away by these two as well as all the staff. What a gem of a new home for mom. My gratitude could go on for days. Is there a limit to how much I can type?

  I have found the new executive director to be very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The staff here clearly care about the residents and families they are caring for. I wish I was older, I'd move in too.

  grossly understaffed, though the caregivers are kind and do their best for nominal pay and high stress and constant turnover no activities or outings offered.
