  I do not trust their management. They only care about getting heads in beds and money in their pocket. Not a place for family members you care about.

  It is clear that RCCO does everything they can to provide great care for all their residents! Everyone from the direct caregivers to the management team to the kitchen and housekeeping crew; they are a supportive team who only wants the best care for the residents of RCCO!

  the facility is extremely understaffed and management is well-meaning but disorganized.the mrals are plentiful if a bit bland

  I was actually going to leave a good review of this place, up until I met Dr. Thacker who found it appropriate to reduce me from 10mg oxycodone every 3 hours down to 5mg every 6 hours after just having major surgery on my broken leg. I find her actions to be extremely inhumane. They left no other option but to have me use a walker that was to talk and narrow for me which caused me to fall which they then proceeded to blame on my meds. Other than that, most of the staff are pretty cool and the other residents are pretty colorful and fun to converse with. However, I have noticed the staff essentially ignoring certain bed ridden residents and letting their call lights go for hours on end as the residents cry out for help to no avail. Fortunately, during my stay though, my needs were always promptly attended to... Aside from my need to not suffer in misery and pain.
