  My mother had a short-term stay to rehab after a hospital stay. I've heard horror stories over the years about facilities like this so I braced for the worst. But honestly, I only have good things to say about the experience and she does as well. The staff was attentive, the place was clean, food was good and the patients were able to choose from meal options. A team of caring providers coordinated her care and included her in their treatment planning. I'd turn to them again if needed.

  My mom was at Regency for 2 1/2 months. She received excellent care from caring, knowledgeable staff. The facility is clean and cheerful, unlike another local care facility she had been in. The staff go out of their way to provide caring, personal and professional care to each resident. They also make sure to include family in care plans and keep them informed of any changes. Should the need ever arise that any of our family needs a skilled nursing facility in the future, we will definitely choose Regency.

  unskilled, understaffed and unfriendly. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Find another place.
