Located just down the street from Lake Ontario, BrightPath Academy The Beach, previously known as ABC Academy, sits on the corner of Kippendavies and Queen Street, with easy access to the streetcar, QEW, and across the street from a local public school.
Our location is the only BrightPath Academy child care centre that can accommodate a ½ day preschool program and before and after school care. To support literacy and math, BrightPath Academy The Beach’s main objective for all of our preschoolers is to be kindergarten ready. We are also offering part-time Summer Camp from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Academy Club Summer Camp is enrolled in CWELCC.

I couldn’t recommend the centre enough!

- CHChantal HopkinsFeb 6, 20205.0I have had my daughter enrolled since she was an infant. she is now a toddler and still loving the centre. their curriculum with addition to music, French, sportball and more is highly impressive. she has learned so much and continues to do so. the centre sends photos and updates daily which is very reassuring. my daughter comes home telling me she loves her teachers and peers which is very comforting.
- VSVawn SmithSep 28, 20191.0I thought this was a wonderful place then found out the hard way! Not allowed to put up children’s work anywhere but 2 cork boards Now who do you pick? All RECE’s wonderful Management well - that was the hard hurtful way I found out “not a good fit” as my husband has cancer from his forehead to his chest and I was told not recommended for working here! Oh well TOTALY THEIR LOSS.....! Oh and no outdoor play even when asked by children That I do not understand AT ALL!

The sale of this company earlier last year to a large corporation has likely changed the dynamic of this organization. ABC at this daycare has a new meaning: Always Be Closing. It’s more about the profits here than the well being of the children.
