The John Howard Society of Peel-Halton-Dufferin is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating safer communities by supporting people who have been involved with the criminal justice system. We help our community by providing evidence-based programs and services that hold the individual accountable for their actions while looking beyond the criminal behaviour to address the root causes of crime through education programs and housing support.
Our services are centred around three pillars: prevention, intervention and reintegration. From helping at-risk youth develop essential life skills to providing support programs for adults, we connect community members with the meaningful support they need to create positive futures for themselves.
