I have attempted making several connections over the years with different therapists/ counselors and I truly believe that everyone is different. So finding that counselor that works for you is very important. I can say Rudy personally provides a very comfortable environment allowing you a platform to speak your mind. He is great at setting the tone, making things feel relaxed while finding out your goals and doing his best to keep you on that path. He provides exercises and work outside the sessions to keep you focused and motivated. He goes above and beyond in sharing general knowledge, internet links and suggested works that may help you from his own experiences. He is a warm individual who makes it all feel positive and like you are always working towards your goals. He represents Words Of Hope Counseling very well.
