- AAAlejandraJun 7, 20251.0I had a very rude experience with one of the counselors. I won’t say her name out of respect, but you know who you are. She was incredibly passive-aggressive and often talked about her own personal problems instead of focusing on mine. I felt like she didn’t care about me and was only in it for the paycheck. She body-shamed me and started our sessions 30 minutes late, seemingly to minimize the time spent talking to me. I could definitely tell she disliked me, and she was extremely judgmental. Please do better and ensure this doesn’t happen again. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I went through.

Taralee is by far the best counselor they have. No one can ever replace what she does. No matter if its over the phone, or not. You have to trust youre counselor after time for it to work. It isnt just a one stop shop. It takes time. No one can sit and say im better. Ive been with taralee for over 5 years and im getting better one step at a time. 10/10 for this place no matter what.

Today the oldest had her mental health evaluation, I was nervous for her but it went better than I thought due to how kind these people are! They’re the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you for all that you guys do & help those in need.
