- DTDiana TarrantFeb 14, 20251.0Very uncaring place, no consistency, & they LIE! You cannot convince me that Phil, who I was seeing, got so many appointments in 24hours that he had to drop me! What an unbelievable lie! They break HIPA! Just a very poor place to go if you truly want help. If you go here NEVER LOSE YOUR TEMPER...EVER! YOU WILL BE DROPPED! Oh and when I told Phil that something my husband was doing made me feel disrespected Phil told my husband to KEEP DOING IT! Truly don't know how this place is still open.
- JBJoe BrancoJun 24, 20241.0Multi county counseling has been a joke. We had enrolled one if our kids here back in dec/January and have had nothing but a bad experience. Last minute cancelations, terrible communications, changing therapists. Not to mention one of the therapists saying they went to the school for an appointment but my kid says they didn't. We have stressed time and time again about the importance of consistency but it seems as if they don't have the best interest of the kids in mind. I can not recommend multi county counseling to anyone for any reason.

Today the oldest had her mental health evaluation, I was nervous for her but it went better than I thought due to how kind these people are! They’re the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you for all that you guys do & help those in need.
