- AAAlejandraJun 7, 20251.0I had a very rude experience with one of the counselors. I won’t say her name out of respect, but you know who you are. She was incredibly passive-aggressive and often talked about her own personal problems instead of focusing on mine. I felt like she didn’t care about me and was only in it for the paycheck. She body-shamed me and started our sessions 30 minutes late, seemingly to minimize the time spent talking to me. I could definitely tell she disliked me, and she was extremely judgmental. Please do better and ensure this doesn’t happen again. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I went through.

Today the oldest had her mental health evaluation, I was nervous for her but it went better than I thought due to how kind these people are! They’re the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you for all that you guys do & help those in need.
