  Got my daughter’s sweet 16 dress from there. I have not bought a dress from there before, but the dress is beautiful. It was my daughters first dress she tried on and I did not know they closed @ 4 on Saturdays, and I also saw a sign that said appointment. So, I assumed you needed one to try dresses on. So, I started to leave and she came out asked what we were shopping for, and was very inviting. They did not rush us even after we found out they close @ 4 but we did not want to keep them there past their closure. I know how annoying that can be 😁. Super nice, they checked on us, but were not over bearing, and I like that. Super nice and they really do have a lot of nice options for everyone

  Amazing customer service and so helpful! They were so welcoming and did everything they could and asked many questions to find the PERFECT dress. They were also extremely nice and willing to help with anything you need. I had the BEST experience and would recommend to everyone!

  100% Recommend making this year first choice in The area for a prom dress!! They have a good selection in each size category and are very very friendly and easy to work with people!! They helped me find a good prom dress and places to get it altered very educated and very good customer service! 🤍

  I have been through a lot over the years. I have loved the same man for years. I finally got engaged a little over 4 years ago. He and I lived together for over 8 years. Once we got engaged several things had happen that once we had money saved for a wedding something major would break at our home. Water tank, A/C, truck, mower, etc. We finally decided to do a cheaper wedding so we could finally say I do. When we decided this yes I know it was short notice when we started planning. We have 4 months to plan. This was the first time I'd ever be trying on a wedding dress. I was nervous, excited, finally get to be a bride. I walked into this establishment with a Dear friend on October 16th 2025. I was greeted but a lady. I told her who I was, my budget and when the wedding was. She immediately got this look of disgust slighly laughed, and tells me Well, this is our rake for brides that don't have time for alterations like you choose to do. Take a look if you see anything let me know. But I doubt you will find anything here that short notice. Shakes her head at me and walked off like I no longer mattered. She completely took away my happiness that day! She took me feeling like a bride away in 30 secs! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I was devistated!!! I realize it was short notice! But you don't have to be rude and condescending to someone. You don't know thier story or situation! I hope no one experiences what I did! No stars if it was possible!!! Smh!!!
