  My Monument was delivered and set up at the expected time. It is beautiful, just the way it was designed. Northcoast Memorials was very patient with me through the entire process. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, patient, and worked to deliver a beautiful product. Kudos to the entire organization. Thank you for everything during this difficult time.

  Kim and the staff at Northcoast Memorials made the emotional selection and purchase of our mother’s grave stone such a pleasant experience! Everyone was so warm, helpful and friendly - I can’t recommend them more! Many thanks for a beautiful headstone that so elegantly embodies my mom.

  Melissa was awesome to work with designing the Bench Memorial for my parents. The Bench is beautiful and amazed my siblings with how it turned out.

  This is a local, family owned business that genuinely cares about their customers. I had a great experience working with them, and would highly recommend them. Melissa was wonderful in helping us create a memorial for our pet, and I greatly appreciate everything she did!
