I have seen many positive changes since new ownership has taken over and this is a lovely building with engaged residents! I would not hesitate to recommend my future clients here. - CJConnie JadrnakFeb 24, 20215.0Our Mom moved to the Belvedere in May, 2019. She is 92 years old, uses a rollator. Three out of four of us (Mom’s kids) live out of state. She has been remarkably healthy during this challenging year which we attribute to the great care that she receives. We’ve also been impressed by the care that the Belvedere has taken around COVID, and that no resident has gotten COVID to-date. The Belvedere staff/team, from day one, have been very cooperative and responsive. They don’t just say the right things like “We want to make your mom happy, comfortable” – they actually do what we’ve suggested and also listen well to Mom. Our Mom has several medical conditions. The Belvedere has done an excellent job of coordinating Mom’s care internally and with external providers. We like the small size of the facility as it allows for individual care/attention. The building is very attractive and feels homey. The food is good – no small deal! They ask for input to please residents. We appreciate Belvedere’s efforts to keep communication with families. We have quarterly family conferences to discuss Moms care and address any questions. They are always professional, patient and pleasant... In summary, our family is pleased to have Mom at the Belvedere and anticipate the relationship continuing for however long Mom is with us.
