  We’ve been at Kids First for just over a year now, our little one is 19 months old. We have been so happy with the care, teaching, and genuine kindness & love they show our kiddo every day. As a working parent, one of the hardest parts is not knowing what your child is doing throughout the day — we are so grateful for the app they use to keep us updated on feedings, diapers, daily activities, and—most importantly—photos. I also love how easy it is to message either the front office or the classroom and always receive such a quick response. We truly feel lucky to have found such a nurturing and safe environment. Thank you to the entire team at Kids First Strongsville!

  We switched my son to this center a few months ago, after feeling like he was not getting as much out of his previous daycare as we had hoped. We love it here! The initial switch was hard for him, but the teachers have been amazing, and I can tell they truly care about him. I can also tell my son enjoys his time there! The progression we have seen in his development is amazing! He has become so much more social and his little personality is really starting to come out. The updates we receive daily show that he is actually learning and socializing with other children his age, and it is also reflected with his behavior at home and out in public. It is also super nice to have meals and snacks included, so he is getting exposure to new foods and I don’t have to pack for him every day. I would recommend this center to anyone with small children 😊

  We have sent our child to kids first since he was in infants and when he was in the infant rooms we loved it and loved every teacher! But since moving to toddlers we have watched everything fall down hill.. we are starting to believe they only care about your money not you or your child. We can never seem to talk to the director we always get her assistant... we are at the point we are looking to move our child out of kids first because we no longer feel comfortable with them caring for our child ! I love the infant teachers but that’s it !
