My children went here for a period of time this year. There are a few very wonderful teachers here that my daughter got to be with. (Leah, Tina, Ann, Lydia). The director however made the decision to move my daughter up into preschool prematurely. The aftermath of this decision was genuinely SO disappointing and unprofessional. My daughter was then placed with a completely different woman than who I was told she would be with & that was never discussed with me. The new teacher was absolutely horrible. My daughter among other children were being falsely logged for potty, naps, etc. and coming home drenched in hours worth of urination, sometimes with feces in her hair. I brought it to the directors attention in which the never ending lies began. I was reassured my daughter would be removed from the room with that staff member. I come back and consecutive days following she remained with the teacher who neglected her basic needs. The director sent me a new solution through an email (I dont know why she thought that was appropriate communication considering neglect was occuring). The email stated the neglectful teacher was going to be placed into a completely different classroom than my daughter and she would get a new teacher. Another consecutive days of me picking her up and the teacher who neglected these children remained in that classroom. I was told it wouldn’t continue she was introducing the kids to the new teacher (apparently that takes… 3 different days to do?) On my daughters birthday I come to the school and the neglectful teacher once again was in my daughters classroom with her. It was so disappointing for a director to not only lie to a parent repeatedly, & documented, but to intentionally conceal information that she knew would be so upsetting to a parent. Had I not walked in on her birthday, I’m certain I would have never been told. Despite the school having a handful of wonderful kind women as named prior, the leadership is horrible. In an environment with developing children, horrible is unacceptable. My children are now enrolled at Creative Playrooms and are thriving. they have a 2 hour diaper change policy and a excellent leadership team if anyone is looking for a place less disappointing than kids first! Hopefully they can find a director more passionate about children and honesty.

I am extremely impressed by the quality of my child's education here. She learns much more than the social skills I'd expect from preschool - at 3, she's starting to write letters!
Every teacher and admin I've encountered has been very friendly and helpful.
