  We LOVE Kids Country!! We have 2 children currently enrolled in the babies and toddlers rooms here and are very happy with the care our precious kiddos receive. Miss Jenn, Miss Ashley, Miss Michele and Miss Issy are wonderful! Very relatable, loving and kind to all the kiddos I’ve seen interactions with. Miss Issy assists every morning with peeling my toddler off of me and engaging him in fun tasks to allow me to leave timely and get to work. Miss Jenn and Miss Ashley welcome us in every morning with a smile and funny stories about our girl and it’s very heartwarming listening to them. Although neither of our kids are in Miss Michele's class currently, she is amazing and we’re glad she will be there when our baby girl transitions to the next room. All members of the staff are very easy to talk to, say ‘Good Morning’ and ‘Have A Great Day’ anytime they see you, even if they aren’t part of our kids’ classrooms. The events put on after school are fun and inviting to all. We had a lot of fun at the Trunk or Treating event this year. All in all, we are so glad we found Kids Country on the recommendation of a friend whose children attended there years ago (many staff members still remember these friends and their kids, so that’s lovely as well).

  My son is 14 months and in the Babies room, we love his teachers Ms. Michelle and Ms. Maja! The other helpers they have coming into the room are wonderful as well. I can tell he's really well cared for and loved. They do fun educational activities every day and are amazing about sending updates and pictures on the app! I can tell the routine they follow. My son seems very happy there and we are pleased with the service overall. I do wish the ratios were smaller with the price that we pay, though.

  We couldn't be happier thus far with Kids Country. We had a really bad experience with a previous daycare and lost all trust with any and all daycares because of this. But once preschool age rolled around I felt it was time to try again and get her enrolled. As a very paranoid and overprotective parent we hesitated on putting her in preschool. We toured Kids Country and were very pleased with it. Hesitantly, we still gave it a try, and our daughter cannot wait to go back to school each day. She loves all of her friends and her teachers and tells us every day about it. At our first event "trunk or treat" our daughter just wanted to stay attached to her teacher's hip and that melted our hearts because it just showed us how much she is cared for. We can't thank her teachers and staff enough for how much they have comforted us.

  Given that a large part of my decision to enroll my son at Kid’s Country Stow was based on positive reviews about the caring teachers and good communication, I feel obligated to share my experience, which was notably different. My 18-month-old son was at Kid’s Country Stow for only 3 weeks. I had several concerns about communication, detailed below, but sped up the removal of him from the daycare upon learning that his lead teacher was no longer working at Kid’s Country due to an unspecified incident involving a child in her care. My larger concerns about communication were as follows: - We were not informed of an injury and when we reached out to inquire about it received an apology and were told that somehow two different procedures that should have happened were missed: a phone call and a written report. It remains unclear to me how both of these procedures were missed. - Each of the three weeks my son went to daycare, the updates given on his food intake in the app were inconsistent including a week where we received no information on food intake whatsoever. - On multiple days during pick up, my husband was told unprompted that our son "cried all day,” with no further context or information. Whether intentional or not, these comments communicated a distinct lack of care. While these issues may have improved if we had chosen to keep our son at Kid’s Country for longer, the poor communication during our initial three weeks coupled with the sudden staff change under concerning circumstances led us to have severe doubts about the ability of Kid’s Country Stow to provide the level of care we anticipated. And, indeed, the poor communication characteristic of our experience extended even after the removal of our son from daycare, with the center’s director taking two full weeks and two reminder emails from me to respond to an inquiry I had about money we were owed for a refund per the center’s policy.

  My son is in the infant class at Kids Country, and we couldn't be happier with his time there! Miss Jenn and Miss Ashley are absolutely amazing! He is always happy to be dropped off and I pick him up with a smile on his face. They are great at communicating with us and having lots of activities for the kids to do. I would highly recommend!
