  From the very first conversation, Iva and Don felt like old friends we had just met. During one of the most difficult moments our family has faced, they went far beyond anything we could have expected. There were tight timelines, unexpected obstacles, and what felt like impossible logistics, yet Iva and Don somehow made it all work with grace, patience, and compassion. They truly jumped through hoops for our family, never once making us feel like a burden. Instead, they treated our dad, Alan Miller, and our entire family with the utmost dignity and respect. Their professionalism was matched by genuine warmth and kindness. Every detail was handled thoughtfully, and their calm presence gave us peace during a time when emotions were understandably high.   When my dad, James Huth passed away Don and Iva were amazing. They were so caring and considerate. For such a sad time there was something comforting about planning it with people who really care and we’re patient with us. They take a lot of stress out it. We couldn’t say enough good things about them.
