I waited and waited for a returned phone call from him and his response was "go somewhere else!" I TOLD him that he had already did the services and I just need the death certificate. HE HUNG UP ON ME AFTER TELLING ME TO GO GET IT MYSELF.

When I confronted them about the service I was told to take my father somewhere else. This was two days before the service. Obit didn't get in paper until the day before and many people didn't know about Dad's death until after the service. Nobody should be treated the way I was treated. So beware if you take your loved ones here because you'll probably get less than you bargained for.
