Appointments are never scheduled, it’s always first come first serve. I have been waiting a month to even speak to someone and I’m just done.

Allison literally told me everything was my fault I stopped going two years ago then went with my sister for drug counseling Allison was running the group of course I stayed and participated for the sake of my sister but Allison was rude towards me and kept giving me dirty looks I ignored it not giving her the time but she was awful from the start and continued to be even said my issues were my fault in front of my mom like fr how do you cause your own PTSD or Bi-Polar or even DID (dissociative identity disorder) like wow I just don’t know anymore decided to write this review to help others out. Also they switch you case managers like crazy but Ashland (I think she’s a therapist now) was really kind sometimes.

It's like a jail, bland building even more bland on inside. Often appointments aren't on time.

Be cautious of Dr. Bruno. Most of our appointments included him asking me standard questions and filling out paperwork that wasn't related to me. Communication was poor. A medicine was causing me to have weird thoughts and I didn't feel right. When I called to see if I could do anything his nurse told me he said what I was experiencing wasn't a side effect to that medication. Obviously it is when the symptoms started the same time I started taking the meds. Honesty bit me in the ass here. I told him I smoke marijuana and he took away my anxiety because I'm more prone to abusing them now. No weaning off, no replacement, not a lower dose, just done. With my addmition he treated me differently and any form of medicinal help was off the table because I smoke weed. It was enough to make realize this guy does not care about my well being. I personally felt everything was done half ass and if something didn't work I was on my own.
Saw a female counselor before the doctor. She was equally clueless. I said I was bullied at school and tried alcohol before. All the sudden she was showing me a video about what bully does to others asking me how I felt seeing what I did to other kids and classified me as an alcoholic. Wanted me to go to a drug and alcohol class...I refused and from there on I was treated differently because I defied her. I was never nor am I currently an alcoholic. It's literally like she did a check list with me and catergorized me off what a sheet of paper says. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to. It took years but I actually have a doctor now that I can be honest with without being afraid of what he'll do. I receive real counseling and learn coping methods. He helps me. These guys didn't.
