At Homestead II, we provide short-term skilled nursing care; long-term care; rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapies; hospice care; and respite care. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists strive to help our patients meet their highest physical and mental potential. Because staying active reduces the effects of growing older, our activities focus on exercise, fellowship and fun and are designed to keep the patients’ choices and abilities in mind. We provide services that promote quality of life and help our patients achieve and maintain an optimal level of independence.
