- ATAndrea TobeyJan 25, 20205.0I would recommend Paws and Remember to anyone who has lost a pet. In November one of our dogs (kids) passed suddenly in my arms. I brought him here and had him cremated. The staff are VERY caring, helpful and understanding. I had to bring my beloved girl of of almost 16 years to them yesterday to be cremated. Once again they were great. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies.

Reasonably priced , nice pine box with pets name engraved on a simple gold plated plaque. A nice sympathy card and package. Their is a nice selection of urns and different packaging. You will be satisfied.
- CDChad DeatonDec 2, 20111.0AVOID WITH CAUTION! We went with this company for my Grandmother. Approximately 3 Months ago we ordered a tomb stone for my grandmother. After they gave us the wrong size stone they offered to replace it. They offered to give us 20% off the new stone. So we went ahead and ordered the new stone. Then we received a statement in the mail for the full amount of the new stone. Which was less than the original. So when we contacted them they re-fused to refund the money for the old stone which they ordered wrong in the first place. They said that they could not refund the money and that we was welcome to take the stone and just place it in our flower bed. This company has to be the most difficult company I have ever delt with. I do not recommend this company to anyone! So after arguing with this company for days they have finally agreed to send me a check for a refund after I threatened them with the better business bureau.
