- BSBisharath SthapitAug 29, 20254.0We have had a positive experience with Brightpath overall. The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely seem to care about the kids. The facility is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate the daily updates on meals, naps, and activities. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that communication could sometimes be a little more proactive—occasional reminders or updates come last minute. It’s not a dealbreaker, but improving in this area would make an already great experience even better.

The teachers keep us updated daily with photos, reports, and notes about how our child is doing. I appreciate the open communication and feel very involved in my child’s progress even while I’m at work. The facility is spotless and very well-organized. Safety is clearly a top priority.

It’s nice to see that when I pick him up every staff member seems to know my son’s name, from the teachers at different stages to even the chef!

And was afraid to go to new one. But BrightPath Maineville worked out great for him. He loves it there, especially his teacher. Miss Sara is the best teacher that we could ever ask for!

The communication with change of the facility and staffing was clearly communicated with families and support felt like it was there if needed. Staff is friendly and welcoming to our family and I feel like our daughter is well taken care of. So far a positive experience for us.
