  Our experience is A+ and I can't say enough positive things about the staff attentiveness to the needs of their residents. They are amazing in every way! We can rest easy with the care they give to each person's well being, nutrition, and comfort.

  I absolutely love this facility. From admin to nurses. My grandmother has been there for almost a year and is doing better than ever. Thank you Laura (spelling) for taking my call this morning and putting my mind at ease.

  My Mom resided at the Villa from 2006 until her death in February of 2016. She considered the Villa her home. The management and staff became members of her extended family. Every employee at the Villa treats each resident as they would a member of their own family. It is not uncommon to see the dining wait staff, kitchen staff, a manager or housekeeping pushing a wheelchair down the hall or assisting a resident in whatever manner might be required. Residents concerns are met with care and compassion. I personally spent many hours visiting my Mom under both normal and crisis conditions. Not only were her needs taken care of but the staff also made sure that I was also included in the Villa "family". I had peace of mind knowing that although I lived in MN I could depend on the staff to treat my Mom with respect and to keep me informed whenever something needed my attention. If my Mom was hospitalized or in a rehab facility the staff would visit her on their own time. I simply cannot say enough good things about each and every employee.
