- AWAmy WJan 3, 20262.0I attended RC Polaris from June 2020-September 2025. The positives: good preaching and music. I left because I want to attend a smaller church with a stronger focus on having relationships with Jesus and my fellow Christian brothers and sisters. People stream in, attend the service and leave. They sell church merch in the lobby (Tshirts, cups, etc), and have/need security (uniformed PD) out the wazoo. Looks and feels more like a concert venue than a house of prayer and worship. Also, I want to sit where I’m comfortable and not have ushers roll their eyes at me when I say I don’t want to sit on the floor up in the front. Not a bad church. Just not what I want in the church I call home.

My husband and I and both of our daughters serve in RC Kids and my oldest is involved in the youth program. From kids to youth to young adults, all the programming is wonderful, Bible based, age appropriate. The Sunday worship experiences are top notch- whether Pastor Chad or a guest speaker, every message challenges us to be more Christ like and based solely on scripture. The worship team is phenomenal! The new space is large, but small groups and serving teams help make it feel “small”. The amount of community and global outreach are mind blowing. Lives are being changed every single week. It is an incredible church and I’m so glad we found our church home!
