- CJChloe Bender JohnstonNov 5, 20255.0I can't say enough good things about Bright Horizons Capital City. Randy and Lisa run an incredible organization, made better by a consistent team of teachers. Many of the teachers and staff have been there over 18 years, which was a huge selling point for us. Tenure at most places is much shorter, so we saw this as a testament to how BH takes care of its staff and how committed the teachers are to their work. We've now been at this one location for over 4 years and three kids, having experienced all classroom ages and many teachers. While BH is certainly pricey (especially with 3 kids now there!), we are willing to pay the premium to have confidence that our kids are in incredible, caring and dedicated hands. That peace of mind is worth a lot to two working parents!

The teachers are so caring, you can see that they not only want to take care of your children but they want to help them succeed, learn, and grow. My son attends here he loves it. And I noticed instantly from the start how much he was learning mentally, physically, and emotionally. He has so many friends! The facility is clean and they do a wonderful job in making sure it is safe. They serve balanced meals and have an outdoor play place. It is worth the money, and price is on average for all the good daycares in the area. AND I’m updating to add that they are starting a sibling discount Jan. 2026!!!

We receive frequent (weekly) communication from administration and teacher retention/consistency has been excellent. The staff truly cares about the growth and development of each child!

The only thing that’s keeping BH from a 5 star rating is that it’s pricey. I wish it were slightly more in line with other daycare prices in Columbus.
