  Mental Health deserves more attention. The amount of us struggling is seemingly increasing. As if that isnt enough finding a caring and attentive counsoler is another headache. However rest assured that at Leading Latern all of your mental health needs will be met at this facility. I have been a patient here for over a year and have very positive expierance in my path of healing. With a wide range of experts you and your family will be in the best of hands. Give it an emense warm hearted thank you to the staff. I finally after years of going to different mental health facilitys I finally found one I can relay on. Thanks again.

  Ron is an amazing counselor. He's helped me work through grief, insecurity, parenting issues etc. Professional but not uptight. Very easy to talk to.😊 No complaints about anything with the office. Good availability for appointments.

  Be aware! Even if your child has a medical emergency and you cannot call to cancel due to being in the emergency room, you will be charged a no show fee of 50.00. The counselor even called me. I told her we had an emergency and that we could not make it due to how sick my child was. She seemed fine with it. We then received a 50.00 fee in the mail. I was told it is at the discretion of the counselor whether they charge you the fee or not. She must not have thought a medical emergency with a trip to the hospital was a valid reason not to come to the appointment. That’s okay. We paid the fee and they lost 2 clients and thousands of dollars.

  I was trying to become a new patient here but I was unable to answer the phone or call back by 3 to confirm my appointment because I have clinicals during the day so they canceled my appointment. I don’t think that is fair to the people that don’t have access to their phones during the day.

  The staff is always so kind. I have been a client for seven years, and I would be lost without Rita. The life-changing impact therapy has had on me led me to go to school for mental health and become a therapist myself. I can not recommend Leading Lantern enough.
