- TYTracy YarwoodFeb 14, 20251.0Be aware! Even if your child has a medical emergency and you cannot call to cancel due to being in the emergency room, you will be charged a no show fee of 50.00. The counselor even called me. I told her we had an emergency and that we could not make it due to how sick my child was. She seemed fine with it. We then received a 50.00 fee in the mail. I was told it is at the discretion of the counselor whether they charge you the fee or not. She must not have thought a medical emergency with a trip to the hospital was a valid reason not to come to the appointment. That’s okay. We paid the fee and they lost 2 clients and thousands of dollars.

I don’t think that is fair to the people that don’t have access to their phones during the day.

The front desk is kind, great at calling to remind me of appointments, and always looking ahead to help get me scheduled. Rita is wonderful. I'm not sure where I would be without her. I'm incredibly grateful for her support and expertise.
