  First of all, It really doesn't matter to me how long a business has been in existence. A business like this should have some type of ethics, morals and values at all times!!! My father passed from Starvation/Malnutrition while people lived with him in Cleveland, Ohio. The Doctor gave me the disturbing news that he went months with food/water. He was transported via ambulance to the V.A. Hospital and placed in Hospice after giving a few days to live. This broke my heart but, I had to prepared for the evitable. I contacted Mr. Jones several days prior to my father passing just to gather facts and information about his services. My father survived the odds (for several weeks) but, passed May 30, 2025. I notified Jones's Funeral Home that same weekend. I was told my father would be picked up soon. Ms. Doris contacted me and set up an appt with Mr. Jones, Jr on June 4, 2025. During our meeting Mr. Jones told us our loved one would remain untouched until the cremation bill was paid. That made me feel like my father was being "harmed" all over again. The cremation bill was immediately paid in full. I had to return to ( over 700 miles away) and anticipated a call from the funeral home. I called over 10 days ago and my father had not been cremated yet nor have I received the death certificate. I was told last week my father was cremated and I called this past Monday and it's the same old excuses. Being an Honorable Veteran that put his Life on the line and this is how you repay him for his service. It's appalls me that your funeral home is so insensitive to the needs of others. This $$ was clearly their ONLY priority. It's one thing for my elderly father to have suffered while people in his own home stood by for monetary gain only and never helped him with the medical care he deserved!!! It's the same lack of compassion & concern regarding my father's care in your funeral home. Don't waste your time responding to this email since you haven't responded after all this time.   The deserve zero star! Terrible TERRIBLE service!!! They told us to read the obituary in silence, but the pastor proceed to talk about his life and what he went through to find god and his back surgery. He didn't speak once on his behalf! Very rude told us everything but shut up and get out !

  My family had a double funeral and the staff was very un professional. They didnt end the service and then they flicked the lights on and off rushing us out the door. Finally, they literally turned off the light. I will never utilize their services ever again. Highly disappointed in their lack of sensitivity. Two thumbs down!
