I travel to nursing home facilities all across the country for my job, this facility is now one of my favorites. The Director of Nursing, Keisha, is down to earth, knowledgeable, eager to help and you can tell has a great relationship with both the residents and staff. The Activity Director, Josie, goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are having fun and fulfilling activities, you can tell she truly cares about the wellbeing of the residents and they adore her. I’ve never seen more residents attend an activity. Impressive! Lastly, the Administrator, Robert, is incredibly kind, eager to create a great nursing home and rehabilitation environment, happy to answer questions, and is overall very down to earth. The facility itself was immaculately clean, and the residents were well cared for. Bravo!

I don't know where to begin. I've been debating whether or not to leave a review at all, knowing full well it will be a waste of time. I was there for 2 1/2 weeks in May '25 due to a broken femur. The nurses and aids were very unprofessional, more worried about their hair and ridiculous fingernails than patient care. One aid couldn't even put a compression sock on my leg because her nails were so long, and the decorations on them scratched me! How is that even practical, much less permitted? Some were downright rude, particularly the blonde night nurse with an attitude. When I called for help one time she responded with, "What do you want?" Other times she just came in with a snotty look on her face. And the aid that answered a question I had when I first got there with, "How should I know I'm not your nurse." Let's add to that a loud social gathering outside my door each night at 3, 4, 5 A.M. at the nurse's station, coupled with loud, thumping rap music AT THE SAME TIME playing outside my window while someone was on break. Did I mention nurse's aids reeking of pot so badly that I gagged? I had to keep asking to have my stitches/area cleaned and rebandaged, but happened only once. I saw a doctor, once, for maybe 3 minutes as I was getting ready to leave. The food was so horrible I was actually starving--in the literal sense! I couldn't eat and as a result I became dehydrated. (All I heard was they were getting a new dietitian.) I had difficulty eating for over a month after that. Thank you. On my last day I didn't have anyone to take me to my doctor's follow up appointment, so the "social worker" suggested I take an Uber. Mind you, I. Could. Not. Walk! I paid for an extra day just to have transportation. I would compare this facility not to Walmart--because they have better standards, but more like the Dollar Tree of patient care--cheezy and ratchet.

Dirty, smelly, has roaches, don’t follow requests and care plans and definitely don’t take care of the residents!!!
