- SGsamantha grimesOct 15, 20252.0They are currently fighting Bed Bugs for the 2nd time in 6 months due to not being taken care of right the first time. The front desk lady bev can be very rude at times, the activities department are great people. The kitchen department cant get enough workers so I often helped them out. The maintenance team is massively underpaid. Everyone recently got a raise but they got nothing. Housekeeping is over worked and are required to do way more than what they get paid for. The nurses aids are good and doing the best they can do while being under staffed as well. Dora in laundry is a very hard worker and is very dedicated to her job. Maddy and Alex from the kitchen are kind and great workers. Andy, Shannon, Terrell, all the cooks do a great job as well. All the residence are nice and very caring.
