  The Director Nate was very helpful in assisting us with everything - choosing remembrance cards, urns, flowers, time, the memory book, and music. Although I had written the obituary, Nate put the finishing touches on it. He put together an arrangement of the photos I gave him into a nice video. The Director Jeff served as the funeral celebrant and took the information I provided regarding my husband’s life and made it into a wonderful life story. The service was absolutely wonderful. Both Directors followed up with friendly phone calls after our first meeting. We, myself and adult step children, were treated with professionalism, kindness and a gentleness that made it possible for us to get through our grief and celebrate my husband’s, their father’s, life that dsy. Thank you.

  When my mother passed, Nate from Mihovk-Rosenacker reached out to me. I knew that was the funeral home my mother had chosen, so I was not surprised by his call. When my sister and I met with Nate, he was so kind and compassionate. He had all of my mom's chosen products ready to show us, and we had very few choices to make. (I cannot recommend highly enough that people pre-plan and pre-pay for their funerals. I can't imagine what families go through when they have to make all those decisions on their own.) I would like to say that the entire experience, from meeting with Nate through the final goodbye to Mom at the cemetery, was great, but that seems a strange designation for working with a funeral home. Nate and the staff was present with us every step of the way: From picking up Mom at the nursing home after she passed to all of us leaving her behind at the cemetery, we were never alone. I would highly recommend the staff at Mihovk-Rosenacker to anyone who is facing the current death of a loved one or to anyone who is thinking ahead about loved ones who will be left behind at his or her own passing. You will be confident in your choice.

  The staff are very caring and professional. Nate did our intake. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. They are very caring and compassionate. I could not have asked for anything more. They have stayed in contact with me to let me know they are still thinking of me. We used them for my parents so when my husband suddenly passed I knew who to call.

  I recently lost a loved one and chose Mihovk-Rosenacker funeral home to conduct the service. Their Blue Ash facility is outstanding and the people working there could not have been more kind, especially Nate. They were extremely accommodating to my needs, and I could not have chosen a better funeral home. I would highly recommend them.
