  I want to begin by acknowledging that the daycare has dedicated and caring teachers, and I appreciate the work they do with the children. However, I have serious concerns regarding the administration and the way parent interactions are handled, which I believe need to be addressed. Today at daycare, my daughter accidentally dropped some cookies near the entrance while opening them. The assistant director immediately approached me with an unhappy expression and stated, “Your daughter spilled cookies, she has to clean up after herself.” I asked for clarification, saying, “Does she have to, or should she? I’m in a hurry — otherwise I would clean it myself,” as I am currently unable to bend easily due to an emergency C-section 4 months ago and ongoing significant back pain. She repeated that my daughter “has to clean it up because she made the mess.” Rather than escalate the situation, I quietly cleaned it myself using nearby napkins. Shortly after, I spoke with the director to explain what happened. Her response was, “How can I help you? What is your request?” which I found dismissive and lacking in willingness to address the concern. This is not an isolated impression. The assistant director has never greeted me or my husband, and today’s interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and lacking basic courtesy. We already talked on this theme with the director. As a result, my daughter overheard the exchange and became very upset, crying afterward in the car. I have also previously experienced ongoing difficulties when raising concerns with the administration. Instead of constructive resolution, I often feel that responsibility is redirected back to me, and I have been repeatedly advised to consider changing daycares — despite clearly expressing my intention to remain. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the administration reflects on how communication with parents is handled, so that all families feel respected and supported.

  Toured the daycare facility with Shay. She was very knowledgeable of the programs offered and answered all our questions and concerns.

  Hey Folks , I cannot as a parent give more praise to this organization. The staff members are outstanding and contagious with enthusiasm for the development of children all ages. My daughter was on a waiting list to become accepted for months. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!! My wife and I have seen a significant difference in personality change from the local daycare to this establishment .
