I called and they told me they would have someone reach out shortly. Before I could even look into another place because I wanted to take care of this situation asap! They were already calling back and ready to meet me immediately. The process was quick and easy and I had her ashes within a week. They also did a clay and ink paw print for me and a lock of her hair as keepsake. They thought of everything and it was very reasonably priced for everything. I highly recommend them.
