  Justin has created beautiful memorials for us in the past and when my 94 year old father requested Justin’s help in replacing his Grandmother’s memorial Justin didn’t hesitate. What a beautiful stone and what quality work. Justin was so kind to Dad and worked with us to create exactly what Dad wanted. Gallagher’s are a wonderful company and are so very nice to work with.   Losing a loved one is the hardest thing you will ever have to endure, and you can’t even begin to describe the decisions you have to make in the process! Choosing a monument was very important to us. We were picky and shopped around, but in the end chose Gallagher Monument’s in St. Clairsville, Ohio! They showed a lot of compassion. We were never pressured. They were patient, listening to our wishes!   Losing a loved one is such a tragic time in your life. When the reality sets in and you have to take care of all the final arrangements and plans it becomes a nightmare… and then I went to Randall Gallagher Monuments. They are the kindest most compassionate people I have met in a very long time. On my first visit I spent at least a half an hour crying for the loss of such a wonderful husband. They listened, provided me with a lot of tissues, and told me it was okay to fall apart and to take my time. No pressure, no rushing me, no sales pitch. Visit #2. More crying and more patience and kindness. I told them what my budget was and they showed me many options. Still no pressure to make a choice or decision . Yes, more crying and tissues and still kindness and patience. Visit #3. No crying going in, they again showed me many options in my price range with no pressure tactics to increase my budget for something bigger or better. Now there is crying as I picked a stone and a picture to go on it. More tissues and they explained I would receive a proof before anything was started and if approved the stone would be made. Received proof, not exactly what I wanted. Visit #4. Took proof back and told Justin the picture not right, he tore it up and arranged for another one to be made. The worked with me every step of the way, the stone shape, size, color and picture. The kindness and understanding they showed me as well as all the tissues and support was well beyond anything I expected. AND YES THERE WAS CRYING! I received a call this morning, the stone is set! The week of my husbands birthday, and I couldn’t wait to see it. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT. GALLAGHERS YOU RE THE BEST! AND THERE WAS MAJOR CRYING. YOU ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE AND IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU!
