  No funeral director or door man present at door when entering. Beautiful facility. Easy to find.

  From start to finish and with the utmost compassion, the Falvo family helped us step by step in the most difficult times. Rick was more than accommodating and allowed our family the time we needed to grieve. We let him know what our expected turnout would be the day of the wake and also the morning of the funeral, allowing them to properly plan for our fathers services. Thank you Falvo family.

  Mike Secor's funeral was mismanaged...both rooms should have been set up for seating and the sound system should have been utilized. We arrived at 12:45 for a 1 o'clock service and there was standing room only in the hallway. The crowd for calling hours the night before should have been an indication of the crowd the funeral would draw. It was very unfortunate we could not hear anything of the service from our vantage point in the hallway. Very unprofessional.
