The professionalism and true caring was evident from the start of the process till the end. When you are faced with such hard decisions at an emotional time it is so important to deal with an establishment that shows then are genuine and want your experience and painless and possible. They think of everything right down to the smallest detail. My siblings and I especially loved the photos on the big screen for everyone to see. The Beans made CD's for each of us at no charge. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. I will and do highly recommend this funeral home to everyone.
