  We have been with Home Instead over a year now. The aides continue to be compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable. Office staff does an amazing job of listening and responding to any concerns or changes we may have. We highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance for their loved ones.

  My family and I are thrilled with Home Instead. Everyone we've talked with, his case manager, those who are caring for my father, down to the woman that does the scheduling have been pleasant, professional and so accommodating. My father is receiving excellent care - that often goes above and beyond what we expected. I can recommend Home Instead Senior Care without reservations.

  Our initial meeting was extremely helpful. All of our questions were answered and the kindness and gentleness shown to our Mom was comforting.

  Home Instead Care at Canal Landing Blvd. is a great resource for families. Lori, Joy, Jennifer... were always available and receptive to our concerns re: our mom. We were very impressed not only with the communication, and level of care given to my mom - complicated by her frontal temporal dementia - but with us! They were so patient, and willing to go the extra mile to be sure mom was getting the best care possible. They go above and beyond, more than other services out there. They care.
