Hello and welcome to Browncroft Day Care. We are located at 933 Atlantic Ave. The Center is conveniently located 3/4 mile west of the Browncroft Exit, Route 590. The center is in North Winton Village, and the beautiful, historic Browncroft neighborhood borders the town of Irondequoit. It is central to the downtown Rochester area as well as the suburbs.
We have over four acres of outdoor land, which enables the children to have the opportunity for outdoor adventures.

- QVQuiana VelezFeb 5, 20261.0This facility and the staff has changed so much over such a short period of time. My kids have been going here for about 2 years . With in months the entire facility has flipped staffing. The playground has been ripped out. The children have been told what is left of the play ground ( money bars and an only slide ) they are not aloud to use for safety reasons < they will be ripping this out too> the toddler playhouse in the back is completely unsafe. Exposed wires everywhere. My kids caught LICE from the exposed material couch that's been there for years. NONE OF THE STAFF SAID ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW . the late fees and charges have gone through the roof and all the staff seem to only ever care about getting paid instead of the safety of my kids. Especially when the bus is late due to weather and the daycare is closed 530 > bus will call and say running late from school 45min due to snow ❄️. I will call and someone will say can't you pick them up. IN A PERFECT WORLD YES. every parent has there own things....this daycare is not somewhere you want to send your kids in my opinion. Unless you want to get scammed out of your money and have to worry about your kids safety while your at work. I should mention if you have state funding they make you pay out of pocket anyway. 🤔
