Unfortunately, when I arrived during the hours of operation, the facility was closed, even though I had called the week prior to inform them of my arrival on Thursday at 7pm. Despite being told no appointment was necessary, the facility was inaccessible, and my attempts to reach someone via phone were unsuccessful. It's worth noting that this location is run by volunteers, so I recommend insisting on making an appointment before your visit, despite being told otherwise. Calling ahead could save you the hassle of a wasted trip.
