  We LOVE BrightPath. Sending your child especially when they’re a baby to daycare is scary since they cant talk but I have not ONCE been worried about my daughter’s safety. She loves going and loves Mrs Katie. The updates we get in the app throughout the day help me not miss her as much knowing she’s having fun with her friends.

  We originally enrolled at BrightPath in April and were supposed to start in December (earliest they could get us in). In September we found out about some allergies our daughter had and unfortunately it changed our care plan. I called and spoke with the team who was very friendly and offered a deferral or if we wanted we could withdraw. Withdrawing was our best option at that time. I asked about any type of refund even partial to our deposit especially seeing as how we were so far out but one was not permitted. I realize that this is their policy but I was very disappointed that there isn’t even a little flexibility with this as we were still 3 months out from our start date and we had a legitimate reason. I really liked the center when we toured and if circumstances hadn’t changed we would be attending. But buyer beware. You will not get your large deposit back, not even partially so think long and hard before you consider your decision. 1/9/25 I did email the email that is in the reply from the center on 12/10/24 for follow up and received no response.

  BrightPath has been incredible to have over the last year and a half or so. My son went through the infant room from 6mo-18mo with Miss Katie and is now in the toddler room with Miss Sue and Miss Judy. I was sad/nervous to leave him with someone else while I went back to work but the teachers, staff, and directors made it an incredibly easy transition. I have felt safe leaving him there every step of the way. I felt nervous with the transition into the toddler room but it was met with kindness and support the whole way. The communication between staff and directors and us has been great. Seeing photos and getting daily updates is really nice to see. I'm so thankful to have such wonderful people caring for my son when he is there.

  Great teachers, good activities and engagement, easy communication, clean and up to date facility. We have been very happy here.

  I have two children that attend Bright path, ages 2 and 4. We are very happy with the teachers, directors. The communication has been excellent and all needs have been met. We appreciate the friendliness of all staff too! Great experience.
