Don't waste your time! This organization asked for alot of personal, private, law protected information! Once I become a member I never heard back from anyone regarding the resources I was promised!! Mental Health resources are also promised and never provided. I think wwp looks good on paper in order to get donations but wwp did not help this war veteran!! Id give zero for a rating if possible. I can't count how many times I reached out to wwp for help after becoming a member and no1 reached back. A horrible experience!
Update:
I knew I'd get this response from wwp. Unfortunately, I already called several times to report my concerns. Hence my initial review. I didn't just get upset then decide to take time out of my life to write nonsense! I have the list of wwp reps, and eHome reps I expressed these concerns to. It's concerning the number of negative reviews I've recently read regarding similar wwp experiences documented by military people. It's more despicable if donations aren't being allocated as advertised by wwp. Doesn't look like any of the previous complaints have been regarded by wwp because if they had I might not be writing this review. I strongly believe the response from wwp is a "copy and paste" response.
I hope this review helps others, and causes wwp to take a sincere look at any ways they can better serve, and honor the reasons the organization actually exists!
