A beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place for seniors to live. It truly doesn’t get better than Carnegie East as far as assisted living facilities go. Good food, warm staff, happy residents, and wonderful activities. So glad my senior found Carnegie East House!

No security deposit is required. Instead, there is a one-time non-refundable ‘community fee,’ equivalent to one month’s rent, along with a $350 application fee.
For apartments with two occupants, there is an additional second person fee of $1,350 per month. If medication administration assistance is needed, a monthly fee applies: $475 for up to 6 medications and $575 for more than 6 medications.
Is there public funding available to help low- or moderate-income seniors with the cost of living at Carnegie East House?
