  Have had positive experience with the site in past. However scheduled for back-up care two months ago. Confirmed reservation, and re-confirmed once week prior. 43 minutes before the 8am drop off time the reservation was cancelled over email. Bright Horizon unable to provide alternative care.

  Miss Ronnie thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to have our son growing, learning and developing himself in your school. I will never forget the day that we met. You are good at really listening to what others have to say, and giving the solution right away. Thank you so much to the most wonderful teachers Miss Jessica and Mrs Taesean for making the classroom environment enjoyable ,enthusiastic, fun and engaging with children. My son has learned so much in two months , more than one year school experience. He is waking up every morning at 6 am without alarm jut to be there. Because learning at Bright Horizon is enjoyable and you just can’t miss any day. I am very proud and thankful for all your hard working not only with children but also teaching us as parents fighting our fears and emotions while overthinking. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Miss Ronnie Miss Judith for your support and kindness. And all the staff at Bright Horizon West 96 street for your hardworking and dedication .   Our daughter Elizabeth loves Bright Horizons at West 96th Street. Every teacher and staff are kind, caring, attentive and helpful. The activities have varieties and entertaining with learning capability. Elizabeth has stayed with the center for over three year, since she was one year old. She really enjoyed it! Highly recommended for new parents.

  First, our daughter loves to spend time at Bright Horizons (BH) 96th: we can see it via the BH app. Second, staff and teachers are very cooperative, helpful, caring, and responsive. For example, we asked if our daughter's teacher(s) could communicate with her speech pathologist to optimally support her language development (she had a bit of speech delay). The BH 96th was willing to do so. In particular, Ms. Gigi (a teacher for a 1-2yr class) was super helpful for this. Truly grateful to BH 96th. Highly recommend.
